It’s a tough life here in Panama City, FL. We’re in shorts
and tees. About 7:00 PM we strolled up to the ice cream store for a nice hot
fudge sundae, we only get to eat ice cream on days that end in “Y”. Very nice
evening temperate is 70*.
Emerald Coast. Beautiful even when it's overcast |
We plan to leave Panama City on Saturday morning and
go to Port St. Joe. The projected weather will be mid-70’s with calm waters so it
will again be nice to get out boating for a few days. From Port St. Joe we’ll continue
down the ICW to Apalachicola, FL. May spend a couple of days there. Our canvas
man suggests that we take some time in Apalachicola and try the local cuisine. He gave us several recommendations and it would be a shame to miss some good seafood. After our time there we’ll move over to Carrabelle and prepare
for our gulf crossing. Should be a good week!
